Ordering and payment
We accept major credit cards. If a payment attempt fails, please contact us so we can help.
What is Pre-Order?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will soon be. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item on the product page.
If your order consists of a mix of currently available and pre-order items, the products will be dispatched separately at two different times. If your order consists of pre-order items with different delivery dates, the products will be shipped separately as soon as each item is ready to be shipped.
We handcraft every piece with care. On rare occasions this can extend production; if that happens, we will email you right away with a revised ship date.
Pre-orders are charged at checkout. Your payment secures your allocation in the production run. You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your item leaves our studio.
You may cancel your pre-order any time before the item ships for a full refund. If you need to update your address or size before shipment, contact us and we will assist.
Shipping
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our studio. Please allow one business day for the tracking link to activate.
Shipping from United States.
Taxes and Duties
We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid. That means we prepay all duties and taxes due on delivery on your behalf.
Orders shipping within the United States include state or local sales tax where required.
Returns
We offer free returns and exchanges. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. If your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We can assist with an exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If the size you need is not available, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, email info@romanpell.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes; you may request a return after delivery under our policy above.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
