What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and all major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are also available at checkout for a faster experience.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. We never store your payment information. If a payment attempt fails, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?+
All orders ship from the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Domestic (US): 3–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our studio. Please allow one business day for the tracking link to activate.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?+
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning we prepay all duties and taxes on your behalf. There are no surprise charges at delivery.

Orders within the United States include applicable state or local sales tax where required.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return or exchange?+
Contact us with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For exchanges, we can assist with a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If the size you need is not available, you may return for a full refund and place a new order.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?+
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, email info@romanpell.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes, but you may request a return after delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?+
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at info@romanpell.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

Where are your garments made?+
Every Roman Pell piece is crafted using fabrics sourced from the finest Italian mills. Our garments feature hand-stitched construction, horn buttons, and fully lined interiors. We prioritize quality and longevity — each piece is designed to be worn for years.
How should I care for my garments?+
Care instructions are included on the garment label. For fit information and size conversion, visit our Sizing page. If you have any specific questions about caring for a particular fabric or piece, feel free to reach out to us.
